Fees and accommodation

The main conference fee is 350 EUR, for regular participants, and 250 EUR, for students and PhD students. It covers the whole conference, including lunch and coffee breaks, as well as Conference Dinner. The optional excursion on the last day is not included, and will cost 70 EUR.

Accompanying persons are welcomed and have to pay just 100EUR (this fee covers the participation in the Conference Dinner, which will take place on September 20th).

All payments have to be made by bank transfer to the following account:
PL21 1130 1121 0006 5623 1520 0029
SWIFT: GOSKPLPW
Please make sure that the email address you used during registration is included with the transfer, so that we can identify your payment.

The conference venue is located in the Institute of Oceanology, Polish Academy of Sciences, in Sopot, Powstancow Warszawy 55, Poland. Our webpage can give you an overview of the site.

There are plenty of accommodation options in the close vicinity, but it would be convenient to book your stay at the nearby Haffner Hotel (the Conference Dinner will be in the same venue). Other options in the close vicinity are: Hotel Aqua Sopot and Villa Sedan. Make sure you mention AMMR when you book to get a better price.
The recommended travel to Sopot is through the regional airport in GdaƄsk (GDN), for those travelling from far away, please do not consider other Polish airports, they are way too distant to be convenient. GDN is well-connected through Munich/Frankfurt/Copenhagen hubs so finding a suitable flight should be reasonably painless.

The excursion will only take place if more than 30 participants register for the event. Excursion will be to the Castle of the Teutonic Order in Malbork, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997.
